What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary with each Seller. Sellers may charge a nominal delivery fee to offset logistics costs, especially for low-value items. Check your order summary for the delivery charges specific to each product.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

Delivery dates may be extended if the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between your order date and the delivery date shown on the product page. Additionally, some couriers and Sellers do not work on Sundays, which is factored into the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers typically procure and ship items within the timeframe specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on:

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product availability
  • Destination and Seller location

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Yoyowraps?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Yoyowraps. The price you see on the product page is the final price. Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly indicated based on the Seller's shipping policy.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

Delivery times vary due to product availability, the geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery capabilities in your location. Enter your default pin code on the product page for more accurate delivery times.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Shipping availability depends on:

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions on shipping specific products
  • Availability of reliable courier partners Some Sellers may choose not to ship to certain locations at their discretion.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

The availability of Cash on Delivery (CoD) depends on whether our courier partner can accept cash payments at your location. Courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery. Enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your area.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

To initiate a return, contact us. We will guide you through the process. If possible, Ekart Logistics will facilitate the pick-up. Otherwise, you may return the item via a third-party courier service, with return fees borne by the Seller.

I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.

If you did not receive your order but received a delivery confirmation, report the issue within 7 days of the confirmation date for the Seller to investigate.

What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

  • In Stock: Items are ready for delivery based on your location pin code.
  • Available: Items are not currently in stock but can be procured by the Seller.
  • Preorder/Forthcoming: Items can be pre-booked and will be shipped on the release date.
  • Out of Stock: Items are currently unavailable.
  • Imported: Items are sourced from outside India and may take at least 10 days for delivery.
  • Back In Stock Soon: Popular items that are temporarily sold out can be booked for future delivery.
  • Temporarily Unavailable: Items are currently out of stock but may be available soon.
  • Permanently Discontinued: Items are no longer available.
  • Out of Print: Items are no longer being published and are permanently discontinued.

Does Yoyowraps deliver internationally?

Currently, Yoyowraps does not deliver items internationally. Purchases can be made from anywhere using credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but the delivery address must be within India.
