How does Yoyowraps work?

Yoyowraps connects customers with multiple vendors who create and sell customized products. Simply browse the categories, select the product you want, customize it as per your preferences, and place an order. Each vendor handles the production and shipping of their items.

Shipping Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days, and delivery typically takes an additional 5-10 business days within India, depending on your location and the vendor’s processing time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor your shipment's status.

Are there shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary based on the product’s size, weight, and delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Some vendors may offer free shipping, which will be mentioned on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Yoyowraps ships only within India. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future

What if my order is delayed?
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you, and you can always contact support@yoyowraps.com for updates.

Payment Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets such as Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay. COD (Cash on Delivery) is also available for select products and regions.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, Yoyowraps uses secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your payment information is protected and handled with the highest level of security.

Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available for select products and locations. You will see the COD option at checkout if it is available for your area.

Customization Questions

Can I change my customization details after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, it may be difficult to change customization details as production often begins immediately. However, you can reach out to support@yoyowraps.com within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will my product look exactly like the preview?

Due to the nature of customized and handmade products, there may be slight variations in color, size, or design. These variations are part of the charm of personalized items.

Order Issues & Returns

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@yoyowraps.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the item and your order details so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Can I return a customized product?

Customized products are generally non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. In such cases, please contact us for assistance.

Do I have to return the product to get a refund?

For customized products, we may not require a return unless specified. Non-customized items that are eligible for a refund may need to be returned as per the vendor’s instructions.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking information provided. If you need further assistance, contact support@yoyowraps.com, and we will help you investigate the delay.

Refund & Cancellation Questions

Can I cancel my order?

Orders for customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will enter production, and cancellations may not be possible.

When will I receive my refund?

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.

What if I don’t receive my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@yoyowraps.com.

Do different vendors have different policies?
