General Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of customized products, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The product received does not match the customization details provided in your order.
The product is significantly different from its description on the product page.
Note: Refunds are not available for products with slight variations in color, design, or size, which are common with handmade or customized items.
Non-Refundable Items
The following types of products are not eligible for a refund:
Personalized or customized items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount.
Gift cards or vouchers.

Contact us: Email our support team at support@yoyowraps.com within 1 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refund Review: Our team will review your request and work with the vendor to assess the eligibility for a refund.
Refund Decision: You will receive an update on the refund status within 3-5 business days of your request.
Yoyowraps reserves the right to evaluate and restrict return requests based on product conditions and defects.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will only proceed after confirmation from the respective third-party seller regarding the product's condition and packaging.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the product(s) will be returned to our warehouses. Please note that as per our refund policy, customized products are non-refundable. Should you wish to have the product shipped again, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
For canceled orders before delivery (applicable to prepaid orders), refunds will be initiated within 7 working days. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
If a product is returned in a condition different from how it was received.
