Return Policy for Yoyowraps
At Yoyowraps, we specialize in personalized and customized gifts. Due to the unique nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. However, if you receive an incorrect item, we're here to assist you with a return. Damaged products may be eligible for replacement according to the seller's policy.
Returns Process
Our return policy is structured into three parts. Please review each section carefully to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.
Part 1 – Return Window
- Category: 1 day return window.
- The return will not be accepted if any conditions are not met.
Part 2 – Return Criteria
During the return pick-up, the following conditions will be checked:
- Correct Product: name/image/brand/article number/bar code should match, and the MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.
- Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Undamaged Product: The product, including SIM trays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel, etc., should be undamaged without scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging: The product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.
Part 3 – General Rules
- If the seller cannot process a replacement, a refund may be provided.
- Missing/damaged/defective product accessories may be replaced or compensated with an eGV (electronic gift voucher) at the seller's discretion.
- Open box deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Different or damaged products can be refunded immediately (cash-on-delivery orders).
- For products with installation services, refrain from opening the packaging yourself; authorized personnel will assist with unboxing and installation.
- For furniture, authorized service personnel will assess and attempt to resolve issues. Full replacement will be considered if deemed necessary.
Yoyowraps reserves the right to evaluate and restrict return requests based on product conditions and defects.

Why was my return request rejected?
Your return request might have been declined during the validation process by the seller. For details, please check the SMS/Email communications received upon rejection or contact Yoyowraps's Customer Support.
Why am I being charged for a return? Can this fee be waived?
If your return frequency exceeds typical customer patterns, a return fee may apply to compensate sellers for incurred losses. To avoid these fees, consider exchanging or replacing items instead of returning them. Click 'Know more' next to the return fee details on the app when initiating a return for further information. Please note, return fees cannot be waived.
I've requested a return. When will it be processed?
Track your return's status easily through your Yoyowraps account or mobile app on the 'My Orders' page. Details including pickup dates and refund status (if applicable) will be provided via email and SMS.
What is Yoyowraps's return policy for cash on delivery orders?
For cash on delivery, please provide a bank account number for refunds. For replacements/exchanges, an alternate product will be provided in exchange for the returned item.
